I would be completely uncomfortable, leaking, and in pain within 3 hours. Toward the end (we weaned at 7 months) I was almost never engorged.</p> <p>This time around, I'm exclusively pumping and lately, I can go up to 6 or even 7 hours before getting uncomfortable. Very little leaking this time around too. Except at night...I usually wake up uncomfortable after 4-5 hrs, which is about when he wakes up hungry, so I nurse him on one side and pump the other.
