He's still wearing them now at a week shy of 10 months. I think he'll be in them for a while. The box we usually buy has around 112 diapers. There's also a box that has 170+ but those aren't always available. If you live near a BRU/Sam's/Costco you could buy even bigger boxes and save some money in the process! We just started using size 4 overnights even though he is 4 pounds too little. He is currently high 18 pounds low 19 pounds. Size 4 starts at 22 pounds so we have probably 4 more months.
