Luckily he had the option of working from home and my daughter was born on a Friday so he had the weekend off anyway. Got home from the hospital Sunday and he had to work Monday. (I was induced on a Mon evening, LO born Wed, home Fri.) He took PTO though for an additional 2 weeks + 1 day, so he was off almost 3 weeks altogether </p>
