We packed 3 individual dinners for the freezer to dig up on one of those days we feel like Thanksgiving food and made up 2 leftover plates for sometime this weekend. We have a little turkey meat, a tub of mashed potatoes, and maybe 3-4 servings of stuffing leftover, so I foresee some leftover remix type meals. I have the carcass for broth and I can use it and the meat for soup or turkey tetrazzini. Stuffing can be formed into patties and fried to eat with eggs for breakfast and the mashed potatoes I may freeze for another day when I need a side.
