If it's junk, we just toss it but if it looks important we'll contact her son to find out if he wants/needs it. We've owned the house for 2.5 years and had to do this only 2-3 times, so we don't mind. This is the guy who I found out is driving by several times a year and parking in front of our house to look at it every time he comes up from FL! </p> <p>He seems to expect us to send all this stuff to him - financial statements, city and county documents for his rental properties, etc. You'd think he'd care enough to change his freaking address for that stuff or continue his mail forwarding. We're tired of paying postage and dealing with this. Sure it's the nice thing to do but should we bother with this anymore? </p>
