We have used her only once. We don't pay for babysitters if we can help it. A babysitter is more expensive than most meals we eat out so, it's not worth it for us. We had a great one, she was a nurse but went back to work full time and so date nights were too much for her :( Now we are getting one of his daycare teachers and also there is a girl (19) in our neighborhood who we are meeting with to see of she will be a good fit. I would like to have two so that we have back-up. My inlaws watch her three days per week so we don't feel we can ask them to do more (they've had her overnight once in 9.5 months). My mum is scared to be left alone with her ( :shocked: ) and my BFF, although she has said she will watch her anytime, had to cancel on the only occasion we ever asked her to do it because her son was sick (her son - and my daughter - are ALWAYS sick!!). My mom always has so many recommendations because my sibs are still school-age and they are a part of a homeschool group and my mom knows tons of great teenage girls. I trust her judgment and she would never recommend someone she wouldn't trust her grandchild with!
