But then I thought it needs to look festive, so I ordered 2 "bouquets" of 12 balloons each, and 3 smaller groupings of 3 balloons each.</p> <p>Over $40 is kind of steep for balloons that deflate in hours though &amp; we are on a tight budget, so I am wondering if I should scale back? They showed me bouquets of balloons that were 10-12 &amp; they didn't look huge but I don't know what is typical, especially for a party theme that doesn't really need traditional decorations? (Though I am torn on this... I don't want it to be too adult/boring.) </p>
