She's 4.5 months old. We don't always make it through a book since she gets angry when she tries to grab the pictures and there's nothing there to grab. Then she licks the pages to try to get the pictures into her mouth. I would say we do about 10 or more a day. My 20 month old LOVES to read and will sit in the play room and flip through books for long periods of time. He is 17 months now and OBSESSED with books. We usually do 5-10 "that's not my..." books in a row, then a couple of longer ones, a couple of Spot lift the flap books, and his favourite one called "the wonky donkey" at least 3 times in there. I feel like it's all we do! Then 2 or 3 before bed. He's learning to talk with new words every day and I think hearing us say the same words over and over again gives him confidence. All his new words are from our regular rotation books.
