Too many to keep count of. They love books. My daughter who's three can read books back to me from memory, she's been doing this since she was 2 1/2. On the weekends I guess we get in about 20 - 25 stories. On the weekdays we get in about 5, not sure how many they get in at daycare.

Lala will read a given book 10 x per day given the chance. I think between the two of us we probably average an hour a day...

At 3 months old, I'm reading to LO 5 or 6 books each day. She's a captive audience right now, though. We'll see what happens once she's mobile. Sometimes she's really excited to see the pictures - she flaps her arms every time we've read Olivia. And sometimes we make it 2 pages into a book, and she's done.

I'm trying to cram more and more books into Charlie's day... but it's tough because I haven't been feeling that well lately, and my motivation has gone through the floor. He has been loving books lately though, and even finishing some of the sentences for me! That has only increased my drive to read to him more...

How many books do you read to your LO a day? How does your LO like it?
