They are mainly 6 oz and the one before bed is large (anywhere from 8-12 ounces). He wasn't getting one in the MOTN but lately he's been waking up and its the quickest way to get him back to sleep. </p> <p>In my experience, 6 oz is all he wants during the day. If I add more, he'll just leave it. Big brother was different. I just started reducing his 2nd and 3rd bottles, and will taper down even more in a week or two. When he is home he nurses between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. We offer 5oz bottles. Since he does ok when he only gets 4 bottles/nursing sessions during they day, I wonder if I should drop down to 2 slightly bigger bottles (6 oz?) consistently?</p> <p>How often does your 10 month old get a bottle or nurse? and if they take a bottle how many oz are they drinking? </p>
