It switched to conclusively 36 and I needed a band extender in the 3rd tri. In early breastfeeding I just didn't wear real bras. Went up another inch or so in cup size in 3rd tri and early newborn period (maybe 1 month?). After about a year of being I was back to by usual band and cup size! Got a good look at myself in the mirror with one of my other bras on this weekend and I think I had more boob outside of the bra than inside (including under my armpits!). I bought a medium which covers 32D, 34C, 34D, 36B, 36C, and 38B. It was about $20 and right now they fit perfectly on the second smallest setting with a fair bit of room to grow before getting to the largest setting.
