My lo is only 8 months so I'm not sure this question was for me, but I just go by approximately what the different pouches say because even when I make it at home it's about the same amount of oz. I don't really worry about it yet because I figure she'll eat and then drink til she's full and that should be ok. But I guess we'll have to wait and see at her 9 month pedi visit because I feel like she hasn't been eating/drinking enough.

This is something I was wondering about too! My LO is 15 months old and isn't the biggest eater. We try to do 3 meals + 2 snacks throughout the day. I think each meal can range anywhere from approx 80 - 150 calories. Snacks are probably like 50cal ? She doesn't like milk and will only nurse in between meals. It doesn't seem like she eats enough, but she's still tracking along on her curve so I'm trying not to worry...

How old is your LO and how many calories do you estimate they take in per meal? I'm not obsessive about calories or anything but I sometimes take a general survey of the food I'm feeding him, and I'm thinking he gets at most 100 calories, which doesn't seem like that much to me. DS is 10 months and still breastfeeds the same amount. Just wondering if he's getting enough. We're only feeding him two solid meals a day, and I let him tell me when he's had enough...at least I think so!
