Two for home and one I bought for day care. </p> <p>I change it... infrequently. I think the last time I did it was before Christmas come to think of it, but she doesn't sleep in there very often. They get changed (washed) every week unless there's a spill/accident of some kind. The only time I've wished we had more is when she had an awful stomach bug. I've bought 2 more for our soon-to-arrive second daughter's crib, which is the same size, so they'll all be interchangeable in the event of someone getting sick again.
