<description>&#60;p&#62;Right now I can only manage to squeeze in workouts 3x a week -they're only 30-45 min long, and I think I'm in decent shape... so I'd say 3-4x/week.  I wish I could get more in, but it's hard!!  I used to be able to wake up early, but I've lost complete motivation after having two kids.  I'm just exhausted and would rather sleep in during the AM or veg out at night.  Priorities.   :silly:

<description>&#60;p&#62;I think it depends on your individual fitness goals.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you want to be a fitness model, you'll need to be at the gym 6 days a week lifting heavy and eating clean 95% of the time.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you just want to be healthy and look good, 3 days a week lifting heavy + cardio and eating well most of the time should do fine.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'd also say the way you eat matters more than your time at the gym. Think about it, an hour 6 days a week at the gym is only 10% of your week. How you are fuelling yourself is that other 90% contribution to your overall health.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I think you really need to work up a serious sweat at least 3-4 times a week to get into shape.  I mean, serious cardio or running outdoors... not like, pushing a stroller (haha my usual method of &#34;working up a sweat).&#60;/p&#62;
