Then the day it went away, rash! That's when we knew it was roseola! The biggest hint was NO other symptoms. Just fever over 104 for several days. We took him in to get tested for a UTI but it was negative. Then the next day his fever broke and he got the rash for a few hours. I called her Dr and they told me to give her Tylenol and take her in tomorrow morning.</p> <p>I'm think she might have roseola because two kids at daycare had it last week... :-(</p> <p>How long did your LO have high fevers?
