I will often go 5 days of one bra, unless I leaked a lot of milk - then I wash more often. Since I've had thrush though, I've had to wash them after each use. When I wasn't nursing, I had 10+ bras, and I would wear them only 2-3 times before washing. I would say I go at least 2 weeks with my bra "rotation." I have 3 so that still equals out to about 5 or so days per bra, but still... Kind of thought bras were the same as undies, but other posters commented they re-wear their bras multiple days prior to washing and I was like WOW!! made since if we didn't do anything strenuous and it was clean. Plus, not washing it frequently prolongs the bra's lifespance. Since that thread, I've worn my bra 2-3 times prior to it getting washed. Cami's, I wear them a few times prior to washing depending on how much I sweat or where I've been.
