I'm 8.5 weeks pregnant and I still feel pretty normal, except I'm more tired. And remember, symptoms are caused by hcg in your system. I had awful cramps at 7DPO that I was hoping/thinking were implantation. On 10DPO I got a BFP on a FRER and a CBE digital.
