We had a few randoms from the hospital and maybe 2 packs already (everyone said not to buy too many), but ended up needing to buy maybe 3 more packs. If you are unsure of LO's size or how long LO will stay in them, don't open your BRU box and use the smaller packs. If you want to bump up to size 1, then you can exchange the boxes at BRU.
