Sometimes if it is taking us too long I will boil the remaining eggs and have hard-boiled eggs for snacks all week. I ate 2 eggs with an english muffin and bacon everyday after I had my LO...this was my breakfast for almost 2 years straight. Then I started making Mrs. Bee's steamed egg dish every morning which also uses 2 eggs. Then I got pregnant and can't stand the thought of eggs :( . So now we go through maybe a half dozen a week. (Good thing I can get them for free from my parent's chickens!) But, that said, I SAH and love to bake or cook pretty much every everything we eat from scratch. I think that contributes to why we go through so many. I also follow the Bradley method diet with my pregnancies and eat 2 eggs a day.</p> <p>Oh! And there are 3 of us in our family. </p>
