First thing in the am it is usually around 25-30. During our busy time of year it can be closer to 40-50 (Insert overwhelmed face here)</p> <p>My personal inbox is at 3, but I don't really send emails to friends and family, it's mostly coupons, newsletters and shipping notifications! Just one at the moment. For work emails I only keep emails requiring action in my inbox. After I've responded they get filed into one of my 85-ish folders (based on category). I then archive my emails (sent and received) on a regular basis for file-retention reasons (as @mrsh mentioned above).</p> <p>My personal email, OTOH, has over 25,000 emails in my inbox! I keep them all in one place so that I don't have to go digging through folders to find them. It makes me sound kind of insane, but I'm actually a very organized person and find that the easiest way to know where everything is!</p> <p>ETA: No unread emails in either of my inboxes.
