So about 11 hours total. At home he will sleep 2.5-3 hours in naps. At daycare it will be 1.5-2 hours. But now it's back to 9-10. Her naps usually total 2.5-3 hrs. She def is in the low sleep end! She seems totally fine so I just leave it... Sometimes there is one wake up where she eats and go immediately back to sleep and i usually wake her up in the morning to get ready for daycare. At 11 months he typically sleeps 10.5 hours straight or 11 hours with a night waking. Usually 3 hours worth of naps for a total of 13-14 total hours. He usually sleeps 9-10 hours at night. His bed time varies but we aim for 8:30/9 (if he cries more than 5 min. we bring him back out till 10) and then he sleeps till sometime between 5:30 & 7. So 10.5 last night.
