I remember when he used to wake up in the middle of the night for feedings and thought it would never end. Lately, and I think it's because he just popped his first tooth, he's been up a few times before midnight, another feeding in the night and then up between 6-7am. </p> <p>But before this week it was 6:30-4am, then up for the day around 7am-8. So he will sleep anywhere from 11-13.5 hours at night. And an additional 3-4 hours of naps during the day. She is always awake for a feed at 6:00 a.m. though, so if she's gone to bed at 8 pm and wakes for a feed at 4:30, she'll still wake up again at 6:00 for another feed. Sometimes after his morning meal he'll sleep again until 11am, but its touch and go. Naps are pretty iffy during the day, though! He is just over 3 months.<br /> We don't take much credit for his good night sleep though.... He was pretty jaundiced at birth and would never wake up... We woke him up for every feed for awhile. So to sleep train him we just ... Woke him up less as he grew older. We also let him have a paci sometimes and have let him CIO. My LO never sleeps more than 11 at night, usually closer to 10.
