I have twinges of wanting more, but I know that our hearts and family are full and perfect. I'm scared to tempt fate. We wouldn't do IVF again and donated all our remaining embryos to research. Currently we're on BCP's (which I hate) and DH is planning a vasectomy in the next year. We hope for at least 3. LO#1 is a newborn now and our feelings haven't changed but I did have a cesarean and worry about complications from lots of repeat surgeries. If #2 is a VBAC, that will help us feel safer about having more pregnancies.
