the hospital only uses size 1's so they work for most babies. i would only get one pack of newborn. olive is 2 1/2 months (1 1/2 month adjusted), and she's already wearing size 2, so she outgrew size 1 really fast too.

I would probably get one pack, just to have them on hand, especially since babies lose a bit of weight after birth.

The diapers we got from the hospital were size 1. I think we only received.. 50 newborn sizes? We used those real quick and jumped straight to 1.
I wouldn't get too many 1s though because they grow so quickly.
My LO's in size 4s and she's 9 days shy of 9 months old.

I've been updating my registry as we get things and I've added diapers on there. We have a large box of both size 1 and 2s on the registry (and half a bag of each plus about 30 size 3s that we got given to us...), but I'm curious, should I register for the 84 count box of newborn diapers as well?

I realise there is a chance he might not fit them but I have a few friends due within the following months that I could easily pass them off to if they didn't fit or I had extras.

How many newborn diapers did you use once your little one was born?
