@scg00387: I hope so! I've resorted to Tylenol a couple times and then she was out. But her teeth seem to make big mounds then go back down or pause for weeks.. Still waiting on ACTUAL teeth, and not sure if I'm lucky it's slow going or if we are being ripped off! Haha

He was fine for the first two he cut, and then the 6 he cut after that. But he just cut another 8 at 12 months and would wake up around 1 (when the Motrin wore off) and cry for 2-3 hrs. It was an awesome 2 weeks. Hopefully your LO won't get the bright idea to cut 8 teeth at once.

@googly-eyes: we ended up giving him Tylenol and he passed out.. Today its sharp instead of just a lump so I'm hoping that was the worst of it!

@Andrea: omg I want that!! Awesome! My dd's tooth is still a big lump and its taking forever to come out. She's so average with all her milestones it hasn't become overwhelming yet.

@Kemma: wow that's a lot of teeth, hang in there!

@scg00387: how do they sleep through everything...

My 3 year old never woke up. She slept through getting all of her teeth. I pray it will be the same once the baby gets her teeth!

My LO is seven months old and has cut six teeth within six weeks and combined with learning to crawl and now to stand, her sleep has been brutal!

On the upside she's now taking two great naps per day (touch wood and fingers crossed it continues) but her night wakings have definitely increased

Bleh wondering the same thing. We're cutting our first and he woke and settled himself a few times before we went to bed but has been up since 3 am now. I have him two teething tabs and it felt like it broke the skin for the first time and was sharp instead of lumpy... I hope that's the worst part then?? Hoping the tabs kick in, he is now just rolling around and making noise. Of course DH is snoring through it and I can hear him through my earplugs...

My lo is finally getting one of her bottom teeth (not the center but to the right) at eight months. She has woken up a couple of times but she's also just learned to sit up a couple weeks ago and she's trying to crawl and interested in pulling up (pulling a little in the last couple days.)

Am I in for much worse? Uh oh!
