Not to mention the time of day, of course. I would say most typical was around 4-5oz total from both sides. Otherwise, I would reliably get around 4oz a session. I only pumped at 9:30, noon, and 3pm at work. I pumped ~20-30min. Wouldn't get a second letdown until after 15min. Then I pump once at work, both sides, and get 7-9 oz total in about 17-20 min. She takes about 11-12 oz at daycare so I'm still getting more than enough.
