Xander usually only had about 10-12 oz like your LO, so we also gave him yogurt to make up the difference. It also took a little while once we switched from BM to Hemp Milk for him to start drinking more. He eats a lot of cheese and yogurt, so I didn't care about the milk intake. At a year you should be at or moving towards 3 servings of dairy a day. A serving of milk is 4oz, so that would be 12oz if he isn't eating any other dairy. Less if he gets cheese or yogurt also. She gets milk at school at lunch and in her cup at dinner but otherwise she gets her nutrition from food. Around one how many ounces was your lo getting of wcm? We are only around 10-12 ounces. DS spits everything out that isn't in a bottle! He seems to think its a fun game to spray milk/water out of his mouth after he drinks unless it's in a bottle. :shocked:
