She was tiny but if I ran out of NB then I just let her hang out in a baggy 0-3 month sleeper. I'm having twins this time and one's a boy so I've been in the same boat. I think I have 3 in NB and then some patterned onesies and pants and then 6 in 0-3 month because I just feel like they hang out in that size forever and I'm still too lazy at that stage to put them in real outfits so lots of sleepers it is.</p> <p>I like to buy the Gerber 3 pack of zip up sleepers though. They are light and cotton and zip! How many outfits or pants and shirts, and sleepers for each size? Newborn obviously just a few. </p> <p>My girl will be delivered no later then 36 weeks because of ICP. However my son was also born early and huge! </p>
