I'd just do however he usually drinks. Reason being if I was breastfeeding DD she'd just be eating however much she wanted.

We always prepped a full bottle and let him drink as much as he wanted or until he was too passed out to drink. But we always changed his diaper before the feed so he was awake at the start of the feed.

LO2 is almost 4 months and we do a 5 oz dream feed between 10:30 and 11:30 depending on when his last bottle was and when I am ready to go to bed. It usually lasts him until around 4 am.

My son is 3 months old and he regularly takes five oz breastmilk bottles during the day. We want to try a dream feed with a bottle around 9:30, in order to get him to 5:30 reliably. How many oz would you give? Is it usually a full-size bottle or more of a snack bottle? I don't want him to wake up in the middle of the bottle feeding.
