I have 3-4 pairs of "work flats" (that are really just cheap Target flats and not very cute at all) that I'll wear to work during the week, a few pairs of flip flops for weekends and stuff during the summer, and (gasp!) a few pairs of Uggs for winter (running to-from the car/mailbox/in and outside/etc.). All my sandals/flip flops go in 2 big baskets at the bottom of my shelves, so they are pretty well hidden.
