I use two frying pans (diff sizes) and a wok pan regularly that I leave out. I also use two or three pots, but they get stored after each use

I use a lot of pots and pans. My parents got me a Lagostina set years ago that I love and then FIL got us another set for a wedding gift. And even though we didn't need a second set, there have been times where I've used from both sets.

Plus three cast-iron frying pans. And a bunch of casserole dishes. I'm glad we bought a house. I don't think I'd have room to store everything otherwise...

We have:

2 nonstick saute pans (one big one small neither really big enough)
1 stock pot
1 Dutch oven
1 cast iron saucepan
1 double boiler
2 sauce pans (one small one large)
1 brownie pan
2 cupcake pans
3 casserole dishes (1 smaller)
2 loaf pans

And on a regular basis? We use the bigger sauce pan, the bigger saute pan, the stock pot, and 1 casserole dish. I guess you could say we have too much.

But, it all comes in handy at one point or another, particularly on Thanksgiving, so I won't be paring down anytime soon.

I use them daily!!

We got a set of Calphalon pots for our wedding 2.5 years ago, I use at least 2 a day

Small sauce pan
Medium sauce pan
Frying pan
Large calphalon kinda like a stir-fry pan
one stock pot

I really want a bigger stock pot though because I like to make a lot of soups and half the time all the veggies I want to add don't fit. I like to make really large quantities to freeze for lunches and easy dinners.

I have a whole SS All-Clad set (from our wedding), a lot of Calphalon non-stick pieces, a Staub Dutch Oven, and some random non-stick pots from DH, to name a few. I do love kitchen stuff.

I most regularly use:
- Large non-stick pot for making instant noodles for myself (guilty, but easiest meal for 1).
- 6 1/2 qt. Calphalon non-stick stock pot for family soups, curry, etc.
- Large Calphalon non-stick wok for stir-fry and simple deep-frying.
- Staub Dutch Oven for stews and other long-cooking items.
- Assorted ceramic baking dishes for baking meats, fish, roasting veggies, etc. I use the oven A LOT.

It's usually just cooking for 1 or 2, so it's a lot of 1 pot/dish items for now.

We have quite a few pots and pans along with baking trays, but we rotate between 4 skillets and 2 sauce pans mostly. They're all non-stick.

I have 3 pots that I use on a regular basis, and 1 ceramic non stick pan. All of my pots are cheap ones I got in collage, but until they fall apart or something I see no need to upgrade.

I would LOVE a dutch oven someday. I planned on buying one for myself after I was done school, but they're just so darned expensive.

Large Le Creuset dutch oven, cast iron skillet, small All Clad saucepot in very regular rotation, plus a jellyroll pan to bake/roast things in the oven. Occasionally I pull out my All Clad sauté or saucepan, but I think the cast iron skillet works for most everything.

I have about 4 pots and 3 pans I use on a regular basis. The pots are usually smaller ones although I'll bust out the large one once in awhile when I have to steam something or make a big batch of soup.

I use about 3 different pots/pans/fryers per day, sometimes more or less depending if I'm cooking for multiple people or don't feel like cooking at all!

I use them so frequently they just live on the stove top! I also don't have storage space for them, which sucks.

We use all 3 stainless pots (the large double handle, and two smaller regular ones) and my non-stick giant fry pan.

The most stressful part of being a parent to two lately for me, has been making food for a family of 4 when everyone has different preferences. That's why I've been posting so much about food lately!

Anyway in my continuing efforts to purge, I think we have too many pots and pans.

I use 4 pots regularly -- 2 all clad pots and 2 cheap ones I can toss in the dishwasher. Lately I've also been giving my stock pot a workout making stock from scratch regularly. I also have a Le Creuset Dutch Oven I just pulled out from my high cabinets and plan to start using again. So that's 6 pots.

I use three different sized ceramic (vs nonstick) frying pans regularly. I have 2 All clad pans, but I just don't know how to use them.... the ceramic is as nonstick as nonstick, so it's just easier.

Then I have a casserole dish and a baking pan that I've been using a lot lately too.

So I currently have 5 pots, 3 pans, 1 casserole dish, and 1 baking pan in frequent use. What about you?
