I went and bought some used clothes from a local mom from facebook who was doing a pre-sale of her yard sale... then brought them home and opened his drawers to realize that his long sleeved shirts from last year WERE 3t after all. I thought they were 2t...!! So basically everything he wore all last fall/winter still fits him now. It was a dress, but she wore it as a shirt. We have been wearing 9m-12m clothes since last summer. We will retire them at the end of this summer. We have had 12m-18m out since fall of last year and they will definitely get through this next winter. Though I buy mostly 2T at this point (it is HUGE on him). My DD is 5 and can wear some 3t things but only if they were cut big to begin with, since she is tall (but slim). My DS is 2 and pretty small and he can still wear 12-18 month clothes .. I bought clothes big when he was 18 months (size 2t), and he still fits into a lot of it at almost 4.</p> <p>Olive is still in the growing fast phase (23 months), but I think she's finally at the age where I'll be able to stretch her clothes longer. I don't think I'll be able to stretch her clothes as long as I have Charlie's though because I try to buy clothes that are more fitted since she's a girl. Plus she's a lot taller than Charlie was at her age, so she outgrows pants faster than Charlie did.</p> <p>How old is your LO and how long have you been able to stretch their clothes? </p>
