It is an app on your phone that gives you additional % off - there is TONS of items and you pick the ones you want to add to your cartwheel. the more you shop the more spots you get! I think after your 1st shopping trip you get 1 more spot. Then you get more if you were a super saver and saved so much or a super shopper and spent x amt of dollars.</p> <p>Plus you can use your 5% target debit discount and a target coupon!!!! Big savings! </p> <p>As they expire the space opens back up and you can add a new coupon. Also I have found the clothing ones are good for 4 items - last week I had a 15% off toddlers Cherokee and I found t-shirts for $1.50 then I got 15% off so it was like $1.27 each and the discount was on all 4 t-shirts.</p> <p>Also I was leary to use at 1st cuz I hate FB but whenever it asks permission to post to my wall I always say NO! </p>
