I work from 9-5 and pump 3 times at 8:45 (or as soon as I get to the office), 12:30, and 3:30. I nurse at 6:30am and when I get home at 6, and before bed at 7:15. I nurse LO at 630a, pump three times a day (10a, 1p and 4p), nurse at 630p, then again at 8p when we get home for bedtime and I pump at midnight. She wakes up anywhere from 0-2 times a night to nurse then back to bed. But after the first week when he'd finished a growth spurt I was way over producing so after a month I went down to 3. I was still over producing once he started solids so I dropped to 2. 2 was fine until he started sleeping longer stretches and eating in the morning (went from getting 8-10 oz in my morning pump to 4-6oz). Now I'm at 1 (on really busy days) or 2 and getting about 6 oz total. We eventually had to drop the lunch feed around 10 mo and I dropped to pumping 2x. Now that we're nearing a year, I'm planning to pump-wean soon and I've dropped to one pump just before lunch.
