At least 2-3x a day (after meals). I bring out the vaccuum/hand vaccuum as needed. Having a crawler and doing baby led weaning too has made me OCD about our floors! </p> <p>But most of the time she crawls only in her playroom which is fitted with soft tiles. We do have two shedding dogs but they are small and indoor so they don't really make the floors too dirty. I never do any actual mopping or other cleaning of the floors. I've never been able to see any kind of dirt or spots or anything, even though we have pets. Maybe because our main living area/kitchen is on the second floor of our house, so it's harder for stuff to get tracked in from outside? There's so much dog hair everywhere on our nice dark laminate floors. I use Bona laminate cleaner and a microfiber mop once every other week. I should also do this more frequently but right now it's just sort of cosmetic and I can live with it for a couple of weeks. Steam mops are terrible for laminate floors and vinegar water or even just plain water left everything streaky and dull.
