I've had false labor for over a week, almost two at this point. Contractions have gotten to 8 minutes and 6 minutes apart on two different occasions, and then just stopped. I'm working from home and have nothing to do but over-analyze every little twinge. The entire 10 days prior I was having contractions, and all of the pre-labor symptoms (they are like flu like symptoms), including bloody show. I thought it was happening constantly... About a week before my due date I thought maybe I was leaking amniotic fluid and was having irregular contractions. This time I've had two false alarms. One with 14 hours of contractions every 15 minutes and the other with 2 hours of contractions every 10 minutes. How many false starts have you had? </p>
