It's not often she wakes from a nap in the house though. Sometimes she will only sleep for half an hour and if she seems awake enough I'll play with her a little and see if she either wants to feed soon or is tired enough to sleep again. FWIW if she wakes early it's mostly because she is uncomfortable, 9 times out of 10 because she's cold. If I put her in her basket I make sure the mattress is warm. Then she goes right back to sleep and I sneak out (but make a pillow barrier between her and the edges). Slept 15-20 mins on the way home. She will only sleep in 20 min stretches of I'm lucky is unusual for her. I try putting her back down after she wakes up and it usually lasts for a couple hours with 5-20 min stretches each time. She just isn't getting enough sleep though. </p> <p>How many times do you put LO back down if they keep waking up early from a nap? </p>
