E does this kind of thing at daycare every day and then, at home, I do painting/ sticking about once a month (ish). We play with play doh every weekend. I would love to do it more but clean up is so hard if DH isn't there (one person to bath E while the other cleans up).

Things like play-doh, Kinetic sand, sensory bins, paint etc.

My girls love to play with these types of things, so about once a day on average I will pull out a "messy" activity and let them go at it. I sometimes dread cleaning it up afterwards but I know they have fun with it, so I just suck it up!

How many times per week do you get out messy activities for your LO to play with?
