So 11.5 hours in a whole day. Sometimes her night sleep is as little as 9 or 9.5 hours, and sometimes nap is 2 hours.</p> <p>My 17 month old sleeps 11 hours overnight and takes a 1 hour nap, so 12 hours in a day. She's been extra tired in the evenings lately, though, and has been sleeping more like 13-13.5 hours at night for the past week or so. I notice weeks where she has high sleep needs and will sleep 11-12 hours at night plus a 2-3 hour nap, so 13-15 hours total during those times. She is 18 months and does about 11 hrs at night (7:30-6:30) and anywhere between 1.5 and 3 hrs for her nap. She does shorter naps at daycare and longer ones on the weekends. </p>
