It caught up to what I knew were my dates by the 12w scan. However, they based my EDD on 7 week scan and said Aug 16 but I knew it was Aug 14. When I went into labour on Aug 14th I was like "hah! Take that medical professionals. They saw a yolk sac at 5 weeks although it was measuring behind, and at 6w6d the baby measured 4 days behind. I know my O date was accurate because I used a trigger shot and the RE confirmed O with ultrasound the morning after.
