I never really pump immediately after a feeding, but maybe an hour after she goes down for the night I can get 2 oz from the side she nursed and 4-5 from the other side.

@runsyellowlites: yeah, I think it is smart to hold off on building a stash. My first had dairy issues so I am waiting to see if this one has any intolerances, too.

@Andrea: Yea... It was too bad I couldn't pump & build a stash. P had so many tummy issues that pumping just up'd my supply & made feeding worse... Plus I would've had to trash it all anyways because of all the protein intolerances she has. :-/

Wow... I get just a few drops from one side and maybe 0.5 oz from the other if I've just fed my LO. She's nearly 5 months.

Depends on the time of day. Like this morning I pumped after he ate and got 7 oz. yesterday I pumped about 5 pm after he ate and got 1.5 oz. and when I pump after he goes to bed, I get about 3-4 oz. he's 3 months old.

I had major oversupply issues so after my milk came in I could easily pump 10 oz from the breast P had just "finished". Last time I pumped was about a month ago & got 3-4 oz from both breast after P had gone to bed..... Not bad for her being 8 months & it being at the end of the day shortly after her last feeding.

I'm still trying to increase my supply so I am trying to pump after nursing as much as I can. 2 weeks in and I am getting 1.5 - 2 oz per pump session. How old is your LO and how much do you get right after nursing?
