I think every day I probably have about 2-3 pieces. Usually some after lunch and then some after dinner. </p> <p>I like to think that its better than eating cookies or a bowl of ice cream but sometimes one piece doesn't satisfy me and I eat a few pieces in one sitting. Over the course of a week it adds up! </p>
