These twins have had a half caff mocha daily this entire pregnancy so I think they'd be predisposed to be ok with caffeine, lol. I wasn't too worried about the 1 cup that was my previous normal, but these days I crave coffee all day everyday. It doesn't seem to affect my 2 mo old, he sleeps very well for his age. I try to stick to 2 cups in the morning and a half cup or so in the afternoon. Or something else like black milk tea. Once I went back to work (at 4 months) I tried to drink coffee immediately after pumping so the caffeine would be at a minimum for my next pump session.
