Lately she's been going to bed at 9:30 or so at the earliest... last night, she actually went down at 11 pm! So bedtime moved up 3 hours... I hope she sleeps all night, and wakes up tomorrow refreshed!! She's built up a pretty big sleep deficit right now.</p> <p>How much did bedtime move up when your LO dropped their nap? </p>
