He has been a little fussy with the molars, but not too bad--just wants mama a little more than usual. Before that just plenty of drooling and chewing on things and then all of a sudden teeth popped through.

I never noticed T was getting teeth until they were popping through. He would drool and chew more but he never was in pain or fussy.

I never noticed with either one, and both were early teethers with a full mouth of teeth (between 8 and 12) by their first birthday. LO2 sometimes has rosy cheeks, and both drooled up a storm, but it never disrupted their sleep or put them out of sorts.

LO1 only showed symptoms with her first teeth (sadly she had 4 come in at once so there were about 2-3 rough nights of her in pain) and she was sad/clingy when her 1 year old molars came in, otherwise we had no idea until we saw them she was getting teeth.

With Xander, I never knew when he was teething. I blamed teeth for months of drool and crankiness, but in hindsight, it was probably all just normal baby behavior. As he got older, I didn't even notice he was teething half the time until the teeth showed up! Though now he's working on his two year molars....

Still waiting on Logan! He's been drooling a lot, but pretty sure that's normal at this age. Xander got his first teeth right around 7 months, so I'm guessing we might see some teeth on Logan soon...

Mine were both late teethers and we got lucky with no real symptoms.

And in what way? During the day? At night? All day long? Could you tell for example, if they were cranky for two days, teeth came out the day after, etc?
