I wanted something simple, modern and white.</p> <p>We did her whole nursery for decently cheap. Her dresser and rocking chair were family heirlooms and her bookshelf was bought for about $40. Plus it was $1K, which was a bit excessive! I was able to find it on Craigslist in perfect condition along with the matching dresser/changing table for $1000 total. I ordered the Babyletto Hudson - I had not really wanted to go above $220 for the crib, but with the free mattress, the $299 price was just fine.
