I had a 3-D ultrasound done at 33 weeks though. In the ultrasound session, the tech mentioned I had a "mature placenta" which means the baby might not be getting all the nutrients it needs. So I'm going in for a full ultrasound and tests today at my doctors to check on the baby. Everyone thought I was nuts.</p> <p>She was totally born with my husbands nose. SO THERE!</p> <p>I had a few more 3D ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy, and the further I got along, the more pronounced her features were. What we could see was exactly how he looks. My coworker had one done of his son and he looks the exact same. DH says No, that he wants what she looks like to be a surprise. We got some 3d/4d images at our 20 week Level II, but it was really hard to see and she didn't have enough fat on her yet (also looked very lumpy!).</p> <p>For those of you that got an 3d/4d u/s later on in your pregnancy, did it look a lot like your LO when he/she was born? Or are they still lumpy looking, even farther along?</p> <p>Just wondering if I should push DH. Or sneak off and get one without him while he's away at work. I haven't seen her since 20 weeks and I miss her! </p>
