At the 12th month mark I started cutting out one session one week at a time. When I got to nursing twice a day I did that for a few weeks and then went to once a day for another week or so until my son decided he was done. I may have gone a little over 14 months. My supply was probably dwindling by then anyway and he was just way too active by then. He went from nursing 10 mins on each side to 5 minutes total! I can't remember how much they deflated after weaning DD1 (maybe a cup size?) but I'm trying to buy some bathing suits for our cruise coming up and I'm worried I need to go a size down in the top so I can still fill it out. </p>
