We didn't start our BGs until later, but I wouldn't be surprised if you need to size up already. Our kids are on the short side with rounder bellies and we've always needed to size up (disposables and cloth) a few pounds before the package says. He was probably 9 lbs-ish? Gosh, how quickly I forget!</p> <p>Weirdly though, I found that with the OS diapers he needed a higher rise to get the PUL liner to press up against him enough to be absorbent. So he was almost in the full size diaper and it came up super high on him. His belly is too big for them now so we're getting leaks, but he's only 8.5 lbs. I'm wondering if he's too small to fit into his 4.0s without leaks yet. When did your LO start their one-size BGs? </p>
