Our social calendar is almost non existent these days because we are prioritizing our debt payoff plan and cutting that out means we save a ton. It also makes the days feel a lot longer and relaxing! We usually don't go out until after his nap, so later in the day. I attended a bridal shower this weekend, so I didn't get to see him before his nap, during nap, and after for about an hour. It made the weekend go by fast. Today, we just did a trip to the park post nap and dinner out. </p> <p>Next weekend, we'll be busy. We're going to attend a story hour and then get him a much needed haircut on Saturday. We usually do one big thing Saturday morning and we have a standing dinner playdate on Saturday evening, then usually another playdate on Sunday.</p> <p>But I think we overdid it this weekend... Yesterday morning we went to a festival in the park, then schlepped it to a birthday party over an hour away, then a dinner playdate until 11pm! I was out of the house for over 12 hours and walked all over the city.</p> <p>Today we spent all day at the cherry blossom festival at the botanical gardens with 5 kids.</p> <p>Charlie is passed out now with an early bedtime while Olive has a late bedtime because she took such a long nap. Phew I'm pooped!</p> <p>How busy are your weekends? </p>
